Employer branding becomes a trend, and corporations bet for HR departments to craft proposals and work packages that are attractive to a demanding workforce. Coupled with salary, work offers should include participation in different projects, continued education, personal growth, healthcare, the capacity to relocate, promotions, and flexible hours.

Work from home trends are here to stay

The Coronavirus pandemic and the ensuing lockdown made the global workforce begin to work from home, reaching productivity levels similar to the ones that in-office, in-company work development. Nearly 42% of the global workforce now does their work from home, most of these employees are doing this for the first time ever in their lives. Work from home setup involves a series of measurements to ensure adequate work hours, ethical handling of sensitive information, and privacy of the workforce.

Retaining talent, in the short future will be difficult for companies because remote work becoming mainstream implies that many other job openings will pop up. Employees will no longer be limited by geography in their search for a job.
