Since the beginning of lockdown, people are attempting to be somewhat more aware of how much food they’re purchasing and how to make it last somewhat more. In spite of the fact that freezing your food – like cheese, milk and butter – is a feasible choice while it’s still new, one woman has clarified how you can keep your bread fresher for more – significantly after the use-by date.
The wise mum said that she had come up short on room in her fridge and since she would not like to waste the portion of bread she had extra, expected to figure out how to keep it as fresh as possible for whatever long time, reports The Sun.
After doing a bit of searching, she discovered that a stem of celery could take care of her concern. She went to the Facebook group Feeding a Family on £1 per Day to share the hack and explained that she watched a YouTube video and it said that if you put a stick of celery clinched it saves the bread fresher for longer. Simply remove the last cuts off and the bread was fine and it was dated the nineteenth of April – so 10 days out of date.
Be that as it may, she had no clue how it worked. Clearly, the bread absorbs the moisture from the celery and prevents it from drying out – genius. Also, others commended her for her tip.
