A musician took to Twitter at the start of 2020 to reveal that he loves to add ice cubes to his oat. He expressed: “Anyone else likes to put ice cubes in their cereal?”
Along with this, he shared two photographs of his culinary creation, which comprised of a blend of Shredded Wheat and Oreo O’s cereal, with milk and a few ice cubes.
His post immediately became famous online, being liked by more than 32,000 individuals and receiving more than 6,000 retweets. Thousands answered to the post, with many showing concerns and questions regarding the curious food blend.
One individual stated: “Y’know…if you froze milk in ice cube trays and put iced MILK cubes in your cereal, I could see this being a decent idea. But normal ice cubes? S**t no man, watery milk does no one any good.”
“Milk is refrigerated for a reason you monster,” said one individual.
Indeed, even his son, Nick Simmons, was disinterested by his dad’s jokes, saying: “30 years. 30 years watching him do this. This is my life.”
However, not every person was sickened and various individuals also admitted adding ice blocks to their cereal.
A man named Scott answered a comment asserting nobody else does this, expressing: “I’m an actual person and I’ve been doing it for 35 years.”
Another tweeted: “If putting ice cubes in cereal is wrong, I don’t want to be right.”
