Woman takes £13 an Hour to Decorate Christmas Trees for ‘Busy’ People

Veronika Gentile and her sister Giovanna Avati, The siblings, who live in Melbourne, are charging £13 an hour to decorate others’ Christmas trees and had made £216 from the side-hustle before December 1.

It began as help for one of their friends, however, when an ever-increasing number of requests to help individuals with their designs overflowed in, Veronika thought she could take advantage of her hobby.

She explains how she and her sister grew up with colorful Christmas trees their parent’s made and they used them as motivation when it came to designing their very own homes – and now others’ too.

She added that when she goes to another person’s place, she mostly uses the decoration items the family already has, rather than outsourcing them and the entire thing takes around two hours to finish. However, there’s one thing she’ll generally abstain from using on any tree – and that is tinsel.

Veronika and Giovanna loved spreading happy cheer this year and brought home some additional money with the same.
