Woman Creates DIY Solution to Save ‘Lonely’ Airpod After Dropping it on Train Track

Ashley Mayer dropped one of her AirPods onto a train track.

Ashley could have recently left it to its fate, yet after the AirPod, and seeing “he” (as she alludes to it as) had endured train after train ignoring, chose to save him.

Obviously, there’s a huge safety issue here – you can’t simply bring down yourself onto train tracks and, being no trick, Ashley did initially approach station staff.

But she was told however the task would take two hours and she would need to be there for the entire thing. This could have implied game over for Ashley’s AirPod – however, rather she considered it to be as an instance of “game on”.

Utilizing some duct tape and a floor brush handle, Ashley designed the ideal AirPod salvage gadget, and it worked delightfully.

The best part – separated from being brought together with her AirPod – was that he was still in full working order.
