There are many creatures present in nature. As the saying goes “Nature is full of surprises”. There are many animals present in nature who are too cute to be cuddled, but there are also some animals which are not so cuddly. No matter, if living on the land or underwater there are definitely some bizarre creatures present. Below is the list of few animals which are some of the most unique creatures living in nature.

1) Axoloti

Axoloti is a species of Mexican salamander whose larvae does not go into metamorphosis and therefore the adults have gills and are aquatic. They are originated from the lake that underlies Mexico city. They are often used in research due to their ability to regenerate themselves.

2) Hagfish

It is considered one of the nastiest sea creature which lives deep below the surface of the waves. It is an eel-shaped creature which is known to be the only living creature having a skull but no vertebral column.

3) Sun Bear

The sun bear is a bear species occurring in the forest of Southeast Asia. It is also known as a “Dog Bear” due to its small stature and a very long tongue. It is also called as Malayan sun bears, which got their name from bib shaped white or golden patch on their chest.

4) Dumbo Octopus

Due to the ear like fins on their “Heads” these octopuses resembles the title character of Disney’s 1941 film “Dumbo” These octopuses live in extremely deep water, this is why they are rare for a sight.

5) Leafy Seadragon

This creature is found along the coast of Australia. It is a marine fish which is related to a seahorse. This marine creature highly resembles a seaweed. The only way a person can feel its presence is if spins an eye or hover appendage.
